Superpower vs Hims Peptides+: What Prescription Peptides Cost
Superpower has published launch prices for compounded BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c. Hims has opened a waitlist with no prices. Here is what each program says it includes, checked against their own pages on November 1, 2026.

What Each Program Says It Includes
Superpower lists BPC-157 and TB-500 injections at $149 a month and MOTS-c at $199 a month. You pay the first month as a preorder, and Superpower says you get a full refund if a clinician does not approve a prescription. Target ship date: late November. Source: superpower.com/peptides.
Each peptide comes with a 40+ biomarker blood test, clinician review and a membership; Superpower values that bundle at $199. The BPC-157 page adds syringes and supplies, a blood panel in the first 60 days and testing every 6 months. It is not HSA/FSA eligible and not offered in all 50 states. Source: Superpower BPC-157 page.
The Peptides+ page shows sermorelin, NAD+, TB-500, L-carnitine, glutathione, vitamin B12 and BPC-157 under "coming soon" with an RSVP button. CEO Andrew Dudum wrote that BPC-157 and TB-500 will follow "when allowable." We found no Hims price on its own site as of November 1, 2026. Sources: hims.com/peptides-plus, Hims newsroom, Oct 29, 2026.
Vials sold "for research use" come with no clinician, no blood test and no pharmacy label. A 2026 review of unregulated injectable peptides lists product contamination, manufacturing impurities and inaccurate dosing among the risks (PMID 42757290).

What $149 a month works out to per week
At $149 a month, Superpower's BPC-157 or TB-500 comes to about $34 a week; MOTS-c at $199 a month is about $46 a week. That figure buys the whole bundle (prescription, clinician review, blood test and membership), not only the peptide. Superpower's pages give the schedule (BPC-157 five days a week, MOTS-c twice weekly) but not the vial size or the dose in milligrams, so cost per milligram cannot be checked from the listing. Per-day figures shared on X rest on a vial size the product pages do not state.
Key Takeaways
- Superpower lists BPC-157 and TB-500 at $149 a month and MOTS-c at $199 a month, charged as a preorder with a full refund if you are not approved.
- Superpower's price bundles clinician review, a 40+ biomarker blood test and a membership; target shipping is late November 2026.
- Hims Peptides+ lists seven products as "coming soon" with no prices, and says BPC-157 and TB-500 will follow "when allowable."
- Both companies state that their compounded peptides are not FDA-approved. HHS is using enforcement discretion while rulemaking continues.
- A 2026 systematic review found three small uncontrolled human BPC-157 studies, 30 people in total, with very low certainty of evidence (PMID 42885452).
- TB-500 is a seven-amino-acid fragment of thymosin beta-4, often conflated with the full protein without validated equivalence (PMID 42937313).
- What Hims will charge for Peptides+, or when it ships.
- The vial size and milligram dose behind Superpower's monthly price.
- Which states each program will serve; both Superpower pages say "not available in all 50 states."
- How long the HHS interim policy lasts. Superpower's own page says it "may be revised or rescinded at any time."
- Whether BPC-157 or TB-500 helps any musculoskeletal condition: no controlled human orthopaedic efficacy evidence exists (PMID 42937313).
- Whether MOTS-c works as a treatment in people. A 2023 review notes that no effective method of applying it in the clinic has been developed (PMID 36761202).
- Long-term human safety for these compounds. A 2026 review calls rigorous human safety data for unapproved peptides scarce (PMID 41966639).
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does Superpower charge for peptides?
Superpower lists BPC-157 and TB-500 injections at $149 a month and MOTS-c at $199 a month. The first month is charged as a preorder, with a full refund if a clinician does not approve you. The price includes clinician review, a 40+ biomarker blood test and a membership. Source: superpower.com/peptides.
How much will Hims Peptides+ cost?
Hims has not published prices. Its Peptides+ page lists sermorelin, NAD+, TB-500, L-carnitine, glutathione, vitamin B12 and BPC-157 as "coming soon" with an RSVP button. The $149 and $199 figures shared on X are Superpower's prices. Sources: hims.com/peptides-plus, Hims newsroom, Oct 29, 2026.
What is included in a prescription peptide program?
Superpower says its price covers the prescribed peptide, a licensed clinician's review, a blood test of 40+ biomarkers with repeat testing every 6 months, syringes and supplies, and a membership. Hims describes providers, licensed pharmacies, tested vials and ongoing support but gives no price yet. Sources: Superpower BPC-157 page, hims.com/peptides-plus.
Is a prescribed peptide safer than a research-use vial?
A prescription adds a clinician, a pharmacy label and quality rules, which addresses some of the contamination and dosing risks a 2026 review flags for unregulated injectable peptides (PMID 42757290). It does not make the compound proven, and pharmacies are not flawless: 79% of 503A facilities warned by FDA in 2017-2021 had sterile-compounding problems (PMID 37414280).
Are BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c FDA-approved?
No. Superpower and Hims both state that their compounded peptides are not FDA-approved. HHS has said it will not take enforcement action against qualifying 503A compounding of six peptides while rulemaking continues, and calls that policy interim. Source: Federal Register notice 2026-22192.
BPC-157 Research Reagent (Not for Human Use)
Sold for laboratory research only, not for human use. The 2026 review cited above concludes BPC-157 should not be used clinically in humans outside ethically approved, regulated clinical trials (PMID 42885452), and unregulated vials carry the contamination and dosing risks flagged in PMID 42757290.
